Payments, shipments and returns


You can make the payment of your order with your credit or debit card with Shopify's dedicated payment gateway: Shopify Payments . It is a totally secure payment system and the seller does not receive any bank details from the buyer. All the information is encrypted guaranteeing the buyer's safety.

Our prices include 21% VAT.


Delivery time: 3-4 weeks

Halfadesk is produced in series on demand. If we have stock availability in our warehouse, we will send it within 2-3 business days. At the time of order we will confirm the stipulated delivery time.

Our orders Nationals are sent by courier and with a tracking number.

Shipping costs are indicated in the purchase process. We currently ship to Spain, the European Community, the US and Canada.

Important note
The shipping costs indicated on this website, as well as the national free shipping do not include islands or territories that are difficult to access. In those cases, the order would be conditioned to a personalized budget that will include the best transport rate, which would be presented to the client for approval. In the event that this offer is not accepted, MdeMedio will proceed to cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid.

Spain: 24 / 48h working days

CE: 3-5 business days

USA and Canada: 6-10 business days (does not include customs clearance costs). Delays caused by customs management are beyond our responsibility.

Important: To avoid incidents with delivery, make sure you write your shipping address correctly. The extra expenses derived from possible errors in the address are borne by the buyer.


You have 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of your order to make any exchange or return.

You must send us the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The return costs are borne by the buyer. Once the furniture is received, we will check its condition and proceed to refund the cost of the product (not shipping costs) through the same payment system with which the purchase was made.
